Malory & Adam's Wedding

A fun mix of Denver’s Holy Ghost Church and Nature & Science Museum

Malory and Adam hosted a special wedding that incorporated many unique testaments to their fun personalities. Their wedding had everything from historic architecture to ancient artifacts.

The ceremony was at the beautiful Holy Ghost Church, one of Denver’s landmarks built in 1924 and well known for its beautiful blend of Italian and Spanish Renaissance architecture. The church is also known for the architecture surrounding it. Immediately behind Holy Ghost stands a 46-story skyscraper that wraps around the back of church. See above for a stunning picture of the bride and groom kissing with this distinctive backdrop of the historic church against the contrasting modern architecture.

Inside the church, Malory and Adam could not have done a better job of creating a ceremony that represented their faith and their value of family. Numerous family members played a role in their nuptials. In fact, all guests were unified with the couple by wearing the same colors; black and white. This dress code was an engaging touch that guests really seemed to enjoy being a part of.

At the onset of the ceremony, friends and family smiled with amusement as the ring bearers marched down the aisle sporting sunglasses, badges and signs stating “Ring Security”. The flower girls were equally adorable (see below for more photos).

After the ceremony, we headed outside with the couple to take advantage of the sites of downtown Denver. We started with the bride and groom under the impressive columns at the Federal Courthouse. From there we shot some fun photos of Malory and Adam with the blur of the light rail speeding by them.

Soon we were on our way to the reception which presented more exciting opportunities for creative pictures since it was hosted at the Nature and Science Museum. Some of the most memorable pictures of the night are of the bride and groom overlooking Denver’s skyline from the museum’s sky top terrace.

And of course the dinosaurs! Check out the great picture of the bride and group under the massive T-Rex at the entrance to the museum. Malory&Adam-Post-_X7A7128-Edit

There was even a T-Rex sauntering through the reception as guests ate!

Between the dinosaurs, the amazing architecture and the Denver skyline, there are so many great pictures of Malory and Adam that it was hard to choose which ones are the best. See the gallery below to check them out. If you’d like to view more photos of Malory and Adam’s wedding, click here.
