Li and Xu Han made such a happy couple on their wedding day. They chose the most romantic location to get married – the place where they first met. Even though Li and Xu Han are both from China, they met while studying at the University of Denver in Colorado.

They had no intention of waiting until they returned to China to marry. Instead, they flew their parents and close relatives to meet them in Denver for their wedding.

Li and Xu Han’s wedding was at the intimate Evans Chapel on the DU campus where each guest had a good view of the couple as they tied the knot. After the ceremony they went straight to cutting cake and tossing the bouquet outside the chapel doors.

Even though half the guests did not speak each other’s languages, it was impossible not to feel the warmth and friendliness of the friends and family the Li and Xu Han brought together – a true sign of love.
