Jessica and Chris are a fun and easy going couple who love hiking the beautiful scenes throughout Colorado.   It made perfect sense for the couple to marry in the picturesque mountains of Evergreen. In fact, the bride and groom even went on a hike for their first look just hours before their wedding ceremony! Chris hiked up to meet Jessica at the top of the mountain. It was a steep climb but well worth it. The pictures at the top of the mountain are absolutely gorgeous. The scene is as if out of a story book. You’ll see Jessica and Chris happily in love surrounded by trees, blue skies and the spectacular Colorado Rockies.

As beautiful as the scenery was, the most unique element of their wedding was the handmade dress tailored by Jessica’s mother. She spent hours designing the gown for Jess’s wedding day and it was worth every minute. Check out the great picture of Jessica’s wedding dress hanging in the woods. You’ve never seen anything like it!

After an emotion-filled ceremony, we slipped away with the bride and groom to shoot several great photos by an old barn in a nearby valley. The pictures of the couple enjoying a peaceful moment of solitude in a rustic setting are not only unique but look absolutely stunning.
